One of the few positives of not being able to workout during my recovery from strabismus surgery was more time for all things such as cooking, organizing, etc. Given I typically work longer hours, and try to hit the gym after, cooking falls by the wayside as 9:30 pm is simply too late for dinner making. But this new found extra time made me long for new recipes and adventures in the kitchen. Naturally, I opted to restart my Blue Apron subscription to get things going!
